No Owner shall permit Standing Water on a Property for a period in excess of three (3) days when the outside temperature remains above 10 Celsius (50 Fahrenheit), including but not limited to on the ground, in Waste, Debris, Pools, accessory structures or Property.

- 7.2 Any Person owning a Property in the Town where a Natural Body of Water exists, shall when ordered by the Medical Officer of Health that significant medical hazard exists, shall take the steps outlined by the Medical Officer of Health to remedy the situation. Not limiting the Waste Collection Bylaw 2017-19 foregoing, it may include the filling or draining of the body of water or the treatment of the same with a larvicide
