A Private Tree Permit may be revoked by the Director if:
a. It was issued on mistaken, misleading, false or incorrect information; b. It was issued in error; c. The owner or applicant requests in writing that it be revoked; or d. An owner fails to comply with any provision and/or condition of the Private Tree Permit or this By-law.
