- 7.6 The Director shall circulate the application to the Mayor, Deputy Mayor & Regional Councillor, and Ward Councillors where the Event or Construction is to be held on a boundary street between Wards

- 7.8(a) The Director shall issue a permit if all of the following conditions have been met
- 7.9 Upon issuance of a temporary Noise permit the Director may undertake to notify the York Regional Police Service of the permit and its conditions, if any
