1) There shall be provided two (2) means of egress from every floor area, where in the opinion of an officer the existing exits are inadequate for the safety of every person in the building. 2) All means of egress shall be,
- a) maintained in good repair; and
- b) free of objects or conditions which constitute an accident hazard. HEATING AND MECHANICAL SYSTEMS
