Ottawa : Règlement no 2016-326, art. 10(2) — Permanent Signs on Private Property By-law

For the purposes of (1)(d), the message centre is deemed to be directly across from a residential zone if it is located across the street from any portion of the residentially-zoned property. 11 Internal illumination is permitted provided:

• (2021-235)
• (a) the site has frontage along an arterial or major collector road; and
• (b) the sign is setback a minimum of 45m from a residential use in a residential zone.
