Ottawa : Règlement no 2016-326, art. 230(1) — Permanent Signs on Private Property By-law

Any permit issued under the authority of By-law 2005-439 shall be considered to have been issued under this by-law for the period for which it has been issued, and remains in full force and effect until the permit expires, unless for some reason other than the repeal of that by-law, the permit is repealed, revoked or forfeited.
