Permanent Signs on Private Property By-law

No person shall erect, cause to be erected, operate or maintain any permanent sign or sign structure that obstructs:
- entry or egress from an emergency exit;
- (b) an emergency standpipe;
- (c) a fire hydrant; or
- (d) any means of access by an emergency service to any part of a building.
