Receipts:
- Voluntary payment as set out in Section 12.06 is accepted as payment of a penalty in full satisfaction of the alleged offence. Receipt of the payment shall be given to the person making the payment. Receipts shall be sent to persons remitting payment by mail only if a self-addressed stamped envelope is mailed with the payment and the ticket.
