Use of Parking Meter:
Where any Vehicle is Parked or Stopped in any Parking Space along side of or next to a Parking Meter, the Operator of the Vehicle shall, upon entering the Parking Space, immediately deposit the fee established by User Fee By-law for use of the Parking Space to cover the amount of time the Operator wishes to have the Vehicle occupy the Space (subject to maximum time limits).
Where the Parking Meter indicates unexpired time, the driver may utilize that time without payment of a fee.
