Exceed Maximum Time Limit:
- It is a separate and continuing offence for any person to allow a Vehicle to occupy a Parking Space governed by a Parking Device for a period of time greater than the maximum time limit prescribed for that Parking Space, regardless of whether or not a fee is paid.
