How many dogs can I have?
Section 25 of By-law 201-2023 limits the number of dogs that may be kept on any premises to three (3).
Number of Animals
25. No Person shall Keep or permit to be Kept more than a cumulative total of
six (6) Cats and Dogs older than 3 months (12 weeks) of age on any
Premises in the City, of which there may only be a maximum of three (3)
Dogs.
