Parking - stopping - prohibited - specified places signs
Where a sign has been erected indicating that parking and stopping is prohibited or that stopping is prohibited,
no person shall park or stop a motor vehicle in any of the following places:
- for a period exceeding three hours at any time on any highway except between the hours of 5 pm and midnight
- provided that taxicabs legally permitted to pick up passengers in the Town of Richmond Hill shall be excluded from this provision
