Parking, Snow Removal No owner of any vehicle shall cause or permit such vehicle to occupy any portion of any street or Highway while such street or Highway is under a snow removal program. The Engineer shall, by Public Announcement, provide twelve (12) consecutive hours’ notice prior to such snow removal program.
