An owner or occupier of a property must remove all snow and ice from a sidewalk or walkway bordering the property no later than 12:00 p.m. on the day following the snowfall if the property is
- (a) commercial,
- (b) industrial,
- (c) multi-family,
- (d) single family, or
- (e) duplex residential.
