40 Roller skates, sleighs, skates and skis A person must not use roller skates, sleighs, skates, skis or other similar means of conveyance:
A person must not park a vehicle on a highway that
- (a) does not display a valid license plate in the manner required by the Motor Vehicle Act, or
- (b) does not have vehicle insurance.
