50 Division 5 - Recreational Vehicle and Trailer Regulations Prohibited activities A person must not do any of the following in respect of a recreational vehicle or a trailer:
- In making an order under subsection (1), the general manager must consider the conditions of the roadway, including capacity, visibility, damage, maintenance, repair, construction, obstructions, flooding, snow, ice and other conditions that may compromise the traffic or the safety of a roadway.
