DIVISION II - General Regulations Traffic Officers
- (a) All Traffic Officers, other than officers and members of the Fire Department of the City, are authorized to do all things necessary to control traffic in pursuance of this bylaw at all times and to ensure that the requirements of this bylaw are being carried out.
