403. Except as authorized by a permit issued by the Engineer,
no person shall drive or operate on a highway a vehicle or combination of vehicles exceeding the allowable weights and loads prescribed in section 401. #6029 404 Any driver who fails to stop their vehicle when directed to do so by a Peace 09/09/24 Officer or Bylaw Enforcement Officer is guilty of an offence under this Bylaw.
