Size and Weight Restrictions Except as authorized by a permit issued by the Engineer,
409. no person shall #6029 09/09/24 drive or operate on a highway a vehicle or combination of vehicles exceeding the allowable limits of dimensions, drive axles, horsepower, or other limits prescribed in Section 401 herein. Bylaw No. 4758 Page 24
