512 Operation of Tow Trucks The operation of a tow truck within the Municipality shall be subject to the following conditions:

no driver of a tow truck shall remove a vehicle from the scene of a motor vehicle accident, whether by coincidence or otherwise, unless he has been requested to do so by the driver or owner of the motor vehicle involved in that accident or by an attending Police Officer;
