Where a traffic control device as authorized by Section 5 of this By-law is erected or placed on any highway,
no person shall park, drive or operate a vehicle or act in a manner contrary to that indicated by the traffic control device, except where directed to do so by a Peace Officer or By-law Enforcement Officer.
