A person with disabilities may apply to the Director of Engineering for a Parking Exemption (Temporary) Permit for persons with disabilities and
- (a) when required, must deliver with this application a medical doctor's certificate that verifies the temporary disability, and
- (b) must pay any of the following permit fees:
- (i) $20.00 for a seven-day, all-day parking permit;
- (ii) $4.00 for one all-day parking permit.
