A separate offence is committed at the expiry of each half hour during which a vehicle is parked in a Truck Loading Zone in violation of a provision of this section. Hotel zone 56 (1) Subject to subsections (2) to (5), the driver of a vehicle may cause or permit it to stop or remain standing in a Hotel Zone

• (a) for not more than 10 minutes, and
• (b) only if the vehicle is being used by a person who is leaving or entering the hotel building immediately adjacent to the Hotel Zone.
