The penalties and offence provisions applicable to the regulations referred to in subsection (1) do not apply to the enforcement of those regulations for the purposes of this Bylaw. Commercial Transport Act regulations apply to all vehicles 93 (1) The regulations and the definitions respectively referred to in subsections 92(1) and (2) apply to all vehicles as if they were the commercial vehicles referred to in those regulations and definitions.
