Prohibition contained is subsection (7)(a) does not apply to any of the following:
- (a) employees or agents of the City while they are acting in the course of their employment; and
- (b) persons acting under an agreement with the City or a permit issued by the Director of Parks and Recreation.. 26-024 (9) For certainty, this section applies to any boulevard and median that is also a park, notwithstanding section 17 of the Parks Regulation Bylaw.
