A person may store or compost poultry manure on a lot on which poultry is kept only if it is
- (a) stored in a single fully enclosed container that is not more than one metre by one metre by one metre in size; and
- (b) located at least three metres from the nearest property line. Feeding wildlife 36 (1) A person must not intentionally feed or leave food out for the purposes of feeding
- (a) deer,
- (b) raccoons,
- (c) squirrels, or
- (d) feral rabbits.
