The Tree Preservation Bylaw No. 05-106 is amended by striking out section 25 entirely and replacing it with the following:
- “25. If the City received an application for any of the following on or before October 24, 2019, the Tree Preservation Bylaw as it was on the day before adoption of the Tree Preservation Bylaw, Amendment Bylaw (No. 1) No. 19-082 applies to that application:
- rezoning with an associated development permit;
- building permit;
- development permit;
- temporary use permit;
- development variance permit;
- heritage alteration permit;
- or board of variance order.” Repeal
