The Tree Preservation Bylaw No. 05-106 is repealed.
Transition Provisions 38 (1) Subject to subsections (2) and (5), the Tree Preservation Bylaw No. 05-106 applies to any complete application for a land use change received by the City before July 1, 2021 that includes a tree plan, until a final occupancy permit is issued.
