48. Notwithstanding the provisions respecting routes of truck and truck tractor travel within The City of Winnipeg contained in this by-law, an emergency vehicle in excess of the limits set out in this by-law may be operated upon all streets, waterway crossings and overpasses save and except for those waterway crossings and overpasses listed in Schedule 7 hereto. added 6725/95; amended 7607/2000 SPECIAL PERMITS FOR OVERSIZED OR OVERWEIGHT VEHICLES
