Despite any other provision of this chapter, or the Ontario Building Code Ac t, no Building or structure located on Property that has been designated under Section 29, 34.5, or 41 of the Ontario Heritage Act may be altered or cleared, including but not limited to removed, demolished or relocated except by the Ontario Heritage Act.
