Brampton : Règlement no 202-2011, art. 4.2 — Permit The Chief Building Official shall issue a permit for a pool enclosure where the application submitted complies with the requirements of this by-law and all applicable regulations and by-laws or approvals. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Chief Building Official shall not issue a permit for the pool enclosure unless the proposed location of the swimming pool and the pool enclosure complies with the Zoning By-law and any other applicable regulations, by-laws or approvals
