A traffic directional sign shall be confined to directing motor vehicle or pedestrian traffic and shall be restricted to such signs as an "entrance" sign, an "exit" sign or a motor vehicle "parking" direction sign. Not more than 40% of each sign face shall be used to identify a business on the same property.
