Burlington : Règlement no 049-2022, art. 9.4 — Lot Maintenance By-law

Every person who contravenes any provision of this By-law, and every director or officer of a corporation who knowingly concurs in the contravention of this By-law by the corporation, is guilty of an offence under the provisions of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c. 25 as amended. 9.5

Every person who contravenes any provision of this By-law or who obstructs a By-law Enforcement Officer in Carrying out their duties under this By-law is guilty of an offence under the Provincial Offences Act, is liable to a fine pursuant to the Municipal Act, 2001, as follows:
