Compliance with Designation:
Every owner and subsequent owner of a designated dog shall comply with each of the requirements of any designation.
8.5 Multiple Requirements within Designation:
- If an owner fails to comply with more than one requirement of any Designation, failure to comply with each requirement constitutes a separate offence under section 15.1.
