Appeal Deadline:
- Any appeal request under Section 8.6 shall be submitted to the City Clerk within 7 working days of the date of designation 8.8 Muzzling Requirement In Effect:
A request of the owner of a dog for a hearing under this Subsection does not act as a stay of the muzzling requirement.
