Names of licensed taxicab drivers shall be placed on the accessible priority list in (18-040) chronological order from date of application. CLOSURE OF PRIORITY LIST 22.(1) No names shall be added to the Priority List and the Director of Licensing shall not receive or process any application for entry to the list, subject to the powers of the Director of Licensing under this Schedule and the powers of Council.
