No person shall park a vehicle in such a manner as to:
- obstruct an intersection or pedestrian crossing;
- interfere with the normal flow of vehicular traffic;
- impede or prevent the movement of a legally parked vehicle;
- obstruct or prevent the use of a public laneway by another vehicle;
- obstruct or prevent the use of an entranceway by another vehicle;
- or obstruct a sidewalk.
