15. Every Breeder shall issue a City of Kingston license tag to the new Owner of every Dog or Cat sold, adopted or given away to a Person who resides in the City of Kingston, and every Breeder shall ensure that all Dogs and Cats are microchipped. Schedule C - Hen Regulations
