Every application for an exemption shall be in writing and may contain the following supporting documentation:
- (a) a property survey;
- (b) a site plan;
- (c) specifications pertaining to the description of the fence; By-law 277-97
- (d) specifications pertaining to the construction and installation of the fence;
- (e) consent from the abutting neighbours to the exemption request; and,
- (f) the application fee.
