Ottawa : Règlement no 2017-301, art. 13(2) — Traffic and Parking By-law

The provisions of paragraphs 12(2)(a) and 12(2)(d), and of subsection 13(1) of this by-law do not apply to prevent the stopping of a taxicab provided:

• (a) it is operated under a valid taxi license;
• (b) it is stopped only while actively engaged in the process of receiving or discharging passengers, including the processing of fare payment.
