- 7.5 Deemed Lack of Consent: Where one or more signs have been posted on PRIVATE PROPERTY or MUNICIPAL PROPERTY, stating conditions under which a VEHICLE may be PARKED on the property, or prohibiting the PARKING of a VEHICLE on the property, a VEHICLE PARKED on the property contrary to the conditions or the prohibition is deemed to have been PARKED without consent
- 8.1 Designated PARKING LOTS and PARKADES: The landsdescribed in Columns 1 and 2 of Schedules IV and V of this by-law are hereby designated as PARKING LOTS or PARKADES, respectively, within the meaning of this by-law
- 8.2 Controls: The SUPERVISOR, PARKING OPERATIONS is authorized to erect, maintain and operate a CONTROL DEVICE, or post a PARKING ATTENDANT for the purpose of controlling and regulating PARKING in a PARKING LOT or PARKADE. The method of controlling and regulating PARKING in the PARKING LOT or PARKADE is set out and described in Column 6 of Schedules IV and V of this by-law
