- 8.3 Control Cards: The use of a PARKING CONTROL CARD in conjunction with a current LEASE PARKING PERMIT, for the purpose of providing ingress to and egress from a PARKING LOT or PARKADE controlled by a CONTROL DEVICE or PARKING ATTENDANT, is authorized
