- 8.1 Designated PARKING LOTS and PARKADES: The landsdescribed in Columns 1 and 2 of Schedules IV and V of this by-law are hereby designated as PARKING LOTS or PARKADES, respectively, within the meaning of this by-law
- 8.2 Controls: The SUPERVISOR, PARKING OPERATIONS is authorized to erect, maintain and operate a CONTROL DEVICE, or post a PARKING ATTENDANT for the purpose of controlling and regulating PARKING in a PARKING LOT or PARKADE. The method of controlling and regulating PARKING in the PARKING LOT or PARKADE is set out and described in Column 6 of Schedules IV and V of this by-law
- 8.4 FEES and Time Limits – PARKING LOTS: Where a CONTROL DEVICE has been erected, or a PARKING ATTENDANT posted,
- 8.5 Entering PARKADE: Where a PARKING ATTENDANT has been posted ora CONTROL DEVICE has been erected, a driver shall upon entering a PARKADE use a valid PARKING CONTROL CARD or obtain a ticket upon which shall be indicated the date and hour of entry. Where a fee is to be charged for PARKING, it shall be calculated on the basis of the information shown on the ticket or registered through the CONTROL DEVICE. In the event that a ticket is not issued, and a valid PARKING CONTROL CARD has not been used, Article 8.7 shall apply
