Subject to section 49, any notice to be given to the City is sufficiently given:
- a) on the third (3 ) day after it is sent by regular lettermail to Animal Control, 385 Lansdowne St. E., Peterborough, ON K9L 2A3; or
- b) when sent by e-mail to ac@ptbohs.com Good Faith Performance
