No person shall park or stop any vehicle:
except wholly within a parking space; By-law No. 6604/05 Page 4
- (b) so as to occupy more than one parking space; or
- (c) in such a manner that will prevent other persons from utilizing adjacent parking spaces or obstruct the flow of traffic.
