Parking - designated hours - permit displayed - only Where properly worded signs have been erected and are on display,
no person shall park a motor vehicle in an area designated for permit parking only, during the hours designated therein, except a motor vehicle issued a parking permit by the Town on which such parking permit is readily and openly displayed upon the front windshield. By-law 402-89, 6 November, 1989.
