Richmond Hill : Règlement no 19-25, art. 8.8 — Recovery of Corporation's Costs of the Work The Corporation's actual costs incurred in conducting the work associated with the Written Compliance Order, including any administration fees as set out in the Tariff of Fees By-law, shall be deemed to be a debt to the Corporation and may be collected by action or added to the tax roll and collected in the same manner as municipal taxes
