- 7 Any Dangerous Dog Notice served on the Owner by a Municipal By-law Enforcement Officer shall be provided by hand delivery or prepaid registered mail service. - 8 Where a Dog was designated as a Dangerous Dog prior to the enactment of this By-law, that Dangerous Dog Notice shall remain in full force and shall be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law
- 1 Upon receiving a Dangerous Dog Notice, the Owner of the Dangerous Dog shall comply with the restrictions set out subsection 5.2.2, which shall be contained in the Dangerous Dog Notice
