Richmond Hill : Règlement no 740, art. 1 — Sign By-law

1. Notwithstanding the provisions of By-law No. 52-09, as amended to the contrary, the following signage shall be permitted on lands shown on Schedule "A" to By-law No. 55-16:

• i. three (3) Externally-Illuminated Wall Signs with a maximum combined Sign Area of 29.54 square metres (317.98 square feet) on the east elevation of the sales trailer constructed on the subject property;
• ii. one (1) Non-Illuminated Wall Sign with a maximum Sign Area of 4.34 square metres (46.72 square feet) on the north elevation of the sales trailer constructed on the subject property;
• iii. two (2) hoarding signs with a maximum Sign Area of 5.59 square metres (60.17 square feet) per sign and a maximum Height of 2.44 metres (8.0 feet);
• iv. one (1) hoarding sign with a maximum Sign Area of 2.72 square metres (29.28 square feet) and a maximum Height of 0.67 metres (2.2 feet);
• v. two (2) hoarding signs with a maximum Sign Area of 30.56 square metres (328.95 square feet) per sign and a maximum Height of 6.25 metres (20.51 feet);
