1. Notwithstanding the provisions of By-law No. 52-09, as amended to the contrary, an Internally-Illuminated Wall Sign having a maximum Sign Area of 40.6 square metres (437 square feet) shall be permitted on the south and west elevations, respectively, of the commercial addition constructed on the lands shown on Schedule "A" to By-law No. 59-16.
